I don’t understand why it has done this. I have checked my own app to find out whether this is common to everybody or is just a hiccup you are experiencing, and mine is working OK.
Can I suggest you first of all go through the “forgot password” process and see if that helps? Please let me know how you get on when you try that, and if it still doesn’t work I will look into it some more for you.
Have you signed up as a stylist on this website? If so you can now go to the “Stylists hub” from the top menu on this page and choose the numbers of vouchers you would like. You will be charged $15 each through the Stulists hub instead of the retail price of $25 each.
