I am sorry to hear that the app has locked you out.
I don’t understand why it has done this. I have checked my own app to find out whether this is common to everybody or is just a hiccup you are experiencing, and mine is working OK.
Can I suggest you first of all go through the “forgot password” process and see if that helps? Please let me know how you get on when you try that, and if it still doesn’t work I will look into it some more for you.
Hello Tracy, My app logged me out, and now it is stating that I am using the incorrect password, but I am not. Please advise. Quincy.
